Hi !
I have created a Header condition type (Manual entry) - for cash discount at the header level.
However even when I enter the amount in the Header (Conditions tab) against this condition type in the sales order, the condition value is still showing as zero and is not getting calculated.
Pl let me know what I should do to resolve this.
Thanks,
Ritu
Hi Ritu
As you have created a header condition type , check the Condition class , Condition category feilds in V/06.Also check wheather header feild has been checked in Master data in V/06.

Hi ! Srinath,
Have checked the entries as per your reply but still the condition value is zero.
I have entered Condition class - A (Disc/surcharge) & Condn category - E (Cash disc) as this is a discount condition type (header) that I have configured.
Also since this is a header condition, I have not assigned any access sequence to it and the value is to be manually entered in the sales order only.
Pl let me know if there is anything else I have missed.
Regards,
Ritu.
Hi Ritu
Maintain the following data for your header condition type in V/06 and then check
Maintain conditon class as A (Disc/surcharge) , Condition Category as Discount and
Calculation type as D (Gross / Net weight) Plus / Minus [+]
Manual Entries - C
Check the box - header condition , item condition
I suppose the problem is with the Condn category - E (Cash disc). So change the Condition category as pet the above data given and then check.

Srinath
Hi
After checking the settings in the condition type for the Header condition, enter the condition type manually in condition screen at Header level of the Sales document.
Initially it will show as zero value.
Click on the "Activate" button in the condition screen below, then the header condition will take the condition value.
Ensure that in the condition type detail screen "statistical" check box is blank.
Thanks all!

Dear Ritu,
Please check the indicator "value" in the transaction V/06. It will allow you to change the value.
Hope it may help you.
Ritu: Please update in the forum if your issue has solved. It may help others..
