Hi,
Is anyone having an idea on infotype 0088.
While maintaing absence type Statutory paternity pay - adoption, we are getting an error message that "No Matching Certificate between..."
We have already maintained 0088 infotype.
Please let me know how to maintain this infotype.
Regards,
Navya
Hello Navya,
Adoption: employee taking time off (normally for months) to look after
an adopted child. This requires a matching certificate IT0088 SAP.
Paternity: employee takes time off (normally for a maximum of 2 weeks)
to look after an adopted child or a child that has just been born.
This requires a self certificate IT0088 SPPA or SPPB respectively.
If your absence subtype for Adoption had T554S-ABTYP(1) set to "G", the
the user must enter IT0088 with a subtype of SAP (i.e. adoption)
If your absence subtype for Paternity had T554S-ABTYP(1) set to "P", the
the user must enter IT0088 with a subtype of SPPA (i.e. paternity due
to adoption) or SPPB (i.e. paternity due to birth).
Can you confirm the T554S settings for your absence subtype AND that
you are using the correct corresponding IT0088 subtype.
Please, also check the qualifying days V_T5GPBS22 and note 638666.
I hope this information helps.
Kind regards,
Graziela

Hi Graziela,
Thank for the reply.
As you said, I have checked absence subtype for Paternity in T554S- Adoption Leave set to "P" - Paternity and GG -SAP & OAP, and maintained IT0088 with a subtype of SPPA but still we are getting the error message while payroll process that "SAP Error; Employee has no Matching Cert. between 18.12.2008 and 31.12.2008" at GBSxP.
For this employee payroll has already executed for the month of Dec.2008.
Please suggest me on this.
Regards,
Navya
