For Salaried employees we have constant vacation quotas, 80 hrs per year. I have configured the same in the system. But there is one rule that if an employee is absent on leave of absence for more than 14 days then no quota will be accrued. I know we can define this with the help of reduction rule. I have given min value as 14 in absence indicators but i thik i am putting something wrong n reduction rules , Can somebody explain how to configre this particular rule in the system with the ehlp of reduction rules.
