Scenario..10..........(Multisaleorder in one project)

Dear Experts,

Im having req:

Customer is going to give me three saleorders.for single project only.

Now i have to maintain in single project all three saleorders.

EX:..........X,Y,Z..........SALEORDERS

Project:............ABC..(XYZ)...it has to be mapped.

Plz show some path to come out.

scenario 1 - you can assign the top level billing element WBS to all three sales orders

scenario 2 - you can extend the WBS strucutre and have billing element at level 2 and assign each sales order to a seperate WBS

scenario 2 is my recommended scenario as I have used this successfully in the past

As above suggested, Scenario 2 is preferred because from the Reporting perspetive it will give you clear picture.

As Virendra suggested scenario-2 is mostly used.
