MR21 - Is there configuration for the screen layout?

We want to make the Reference and Document Header Text fields in MR21 mandatory. Is there anywhere in configuration that this can be accomplished? We've looked everywhere...

go to spro

mat mgt>valuation and accnt assignment>define doc type and no range fr price change>

doc type>check doc type for MR21 - this shud be PR ( price change )

now go back to main screen > goto financial accntng doc types > select PR > goto details > make reference and doc hdr text as mandatory fields

Transaction OMW9

Document Type - Double click on desire transaction code to check the document type

eg for MR21it should be PR

Transaction OBF4

select document type: double click and check teh box for "required during document entry"

REFERENCE NUMBER

DOCUMENT HEADER

With this config your requirement should be met
