Hi all...

I need to know, how can I configure my ERP to open a service desk message... nowadays, we can open tickets only in Solution Manager.

    Hi Glauber,

    in your satellite system you need to maintain table BCOS_CUST:

    col1: OSS_MSG

    col2: W

    col3: RFC to Sol Man. Usually SM_<SID>CLNT<client>_BACK destination which is generated via SMSY in Sol Man

    col4: CUST620

    col5: 1.0

    Depending on your configuration you might want to set NO_USER_CHECK = X in Solution Manager tx: DNO_CUST04. You do this if the user who creates the message in s atellite system does not have an user in Solution Manager.
