Hello Experts,
The way our system is set up as of this moment, it prints out two copies of an AR invoice when it is added. I would like to change it to only one copy; however, I was not able to do that.
Print Preferences in System Initialization are set up to 1 copy (including original).
Document Properties in Print Layout Designer are set up to Number of Copies = 1.
And it still prints out 2 copies when a user adds an AR invoiceu2026
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
