Number of Printed Copies for AR Invoice

Hello Experts,

The way our system is set up as of this moment, it prints out two copies of an AR invoice when it is added. I would like to change it to only one copy; however, I was not able to do that.

Print Preferences in System Initialization are set up to 1 copy (including original).

Document Properties in Print Layout Designer are set up to Number of Copies = 1.

And it still prints out 2 copies when a user adds an AR invoiceu2026

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Few things to check first:

1. How about your printer setting. Printer can be default to more than one pages for each print.

2. How about your user default setting. User default can be set up to more than one pages for printing.

You were right - the user default settings were set to 2 copies.
