Hi

You can cancel the return delivery by movement type 123.

First reverse the same GR using MIGO or MBST

next reverse the delivery using VL09

Hi,

The mov.type triggered in the Post GR is 653. how to cancel\reverse this material document.

through MBST it's not possible. can it be cancelled throgh VL09?

If yes, I tried but I'm strucking with error saying deficit of stock, I checked the batch and material in plant with stock type E, it's available but why I'm getting this error

Check the posting dates for reversal. Keep it the same as the one on which GR was created!

VL09 is the correct transaction to cancel the movement from a delivery.

If you get the error you described, then the information from the delivery does not meet the specification of your stock line.

Have there been any further postings to the stock after you performed the GR from the return delivery?

Hi Jurgen, thanks for your reply.

No other postings happened, just I'm doing in my test server as a replica of production issue.

I have a TR for the material document. Please let me know shall I cancel the TR generated?

If so, how to cancel the TR.

you have a TR for a outbound delivery??? the outbound delivery itself is the TR, so no extra TR should be there.

Can you please explain in more detail.

Hi,

My scenario is SO>outbound delivery>Post goods receipt-->TR

Usually the TR will get closed when the GR is reversed.

VL09 is the reversal in this case, hence you can leave the TR untouched.
