How to generate profile which has been copied from standard SAP profile

Hi gurus,

I have to assign some profiles to users.So I copied them through SU02.

I saved those profiles and activated also. But I unable to generate them.

Plz advise me

    click on the generate button on the PFCG transcation code.

    Hi

    Simply Run transaction PFCG > put Roll name you assigned to user name > also user Id--> Then Generate Profile
