Not able to launch CMC

Hi

I have installed Crystal Server XI and the installation was successfule. But am unable to access the CMC. Its giving an error.

Please check the following error:

HTTP Status 404 - /businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html

type Status report

message /businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html

description The requested resource (/businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html) is not available.

Note: Web Service used are TomCat 5.5

This is not the correct forum for this issue. This is the Crystal Reports Design forum. You may want to try posting in one of the [Business Objects|/community [original link is broken]; forums for help. You will be able to get better results from specialists in that area.

Additionally, these forums are for community assistance with general questions and not a technical support venue. People will try and help with technical support issues, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a resolution for technical issues. There is also no way to control how fast or slow responses from users come or how much/little help they will be.

Each question would need a seperate case.

You will need to be using Crystal Reports XI Release 2, Crystal Reports 2008, or one of the bundled versions that come with Visual Studio as those are the only versions of the product that are still supported.
