Customer Check Out with SAP Business One Integration. I understand the CCO is fully integrated with SAP B1 however, we have been facing a few issues to get the integration working. We are referring to the guides in the installation path C:\SapCustomerCheckout\doc\EN the integration document.

Help us to resolve the issues faced at the soonest

Dear Lamine,

is the error still existing? If yes please check if you have a price list maintained in SAP Customer Checkout which exists in SAP Business one, then perform an article synchronization and check if the article is in SAP Customer Checkout with the correct UOM. Then try to post the sales again.

If this doesn't work, please open an incident using the SAP Business Launchpad (component SBO-INT-CCO). Please add there all relevant information, including the version of SAP Customer Checkout, Version of SAP Business one and the version of the SAP Customer Checkout B1i Services (see SAP Note 2163033). Please add also the logfiles from SAP Customer Checkout (can be found in the installation path of SAP Customer Checkout (C:\SapCustomerCheckout\log)

Hi Experts,

i installed the demo version  of CCO and having this error message: Error: Wrong UOM used, please used UOM
maintained in Item Master Data.
this error occur on b1if log messages. the error not logged to the B1if CCO monitor also but the monitor is working wihtout error.  I checked the item settings and all is OK .
do you have an idea please ?
