Amount Column is Grayout in TK11 T-code

Dear All,

I am facing problem in T-code TK11. I am maintaining condition table on Sevice Agent/Depart.Zone/Destin Zone and Service agent/Tariffzone of dep/TariffZone of Dest. But when I try to create condition record then amount column is grayout and because of this I am not able to enter shipment cost amount.

Kindly give me solution that how can I enter shipment cost in shipment document.
