Graph Disappear when drilling in View Mode with BO 3.1

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with WebIntelligence. I have a report with several graphs and one drill down dimension. When I drill down on the dimension, some graphs disappear in the View Mode, but not in the Edit Mode. Do you know if it is a problem with BO 3.1? Any fixpack needed? Anyone can help me solving this issue?

Graphs disappear is known issue in BOXIr3.1.

But in this senario is different.

Can you please check wether HS_PGSDK32.DLL file exists in the following location:

< installation folder>\Business Objects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

If it is please follow the below:

This resolution applies for Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 installations on Windows.

In the Business Objects Enterprise Installation, go to the following folder:
< installation folder>\Business Objects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

Copy this file ( HS_PGSDK32.DLL) from working machine and place into the problematic machines win32_x86 folder:

The HS_PGSDK32.DLL file can be found in the installation disk from: BusinessObjects_Enterprise_XI_3.1\RTM\win32_x86\packages\package\pgsdk4we.cab.

The HS_PGSDK32.DLL is also attached to this note.not exists copy this file from working machine from same location and place it.

We have solved the issue redoing the report.. No idea about what had happened...
