Cycle count

Hi All,

We are using MICN transaction to create physical inventory docuemnt ( PID) and do count manually and enter in MI04 and post diff in MI07.This is fine.

Now our team ask report for Cycle count.I am unable to differentiate between normall PID and Cycle count PID.I checked IKPF and ISEG table both has PID numbers and unable to find which is created thro MICN .

There is a field INVART field which is basically a Physical inventory type field not upadted in any of our process like MI01/MICN.

Can anyone help me how to achieve this.

I got answer from SAP stating that that field is active obnly for retails.

So we developed new Z report based on session name.

According to the documentation of IKPF-INVART:

The inventory type can have the following values:

(blank): other inventory type

1: cycle count

I am currently not able to check our system whether this field is populated with a value, so I can only suggest to check the ABAP coding whether it is used or to contact SAP and report that it is not used as documented
