Run SAP Report directly from link of mail in SAP

Dear All,

I have a requirement to show the report to EBP managers. SRM will send the link to manager's email inbox to execute the report. Manager will logon to EBP system after clicking the link.

Is it possible to show the report directly through link or manager needs to execute that manually?

Is it possible to send the dynamic link to manager's mailbox as the link remains same whatever you click by using URL (As some JavaScript or BSP runs).

Please can anyone help me out?
