Hi Gurus,
I have a scenario like the same notification status has been changed from NOCO to NOPR and from NOPR to NOCO multiple times. Now I wanted to find out as to how many times the status had been reverted either from NOCO to NOPR and NOPR to NOCO. Where can I find this data? This is in a way to logically check the performance of the technician and also the equipment.
Regards
Sai
hi sai,
for statuses ...
check from here
In notification in
status blue icon -> extras-> change documents ->all>click all changes ... here you can get more information like when an system status has come to acitive and time, date , user etc..
your change doucment tick should be marked ...
for developing report you can also have a look at change documents for tables and fields ...

Hi,
This may be possible via user-exit QQMA0014 (Checks before saving a notification) or IWO10009 (order 'Save' Event) in conjunction with function module STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN.

Hi Pushpa,
The reply given by you will suffice my requirement which is easy for the enduser to access. In fact the other way is thru the reply given by Mr Thyagarajan for which normally the access for data table is not available for end user. Both r relevant but satill I am ssuggesting the reply given by you. I have given full marks for this.
