[BO XI 3.0] report title does not wrap in folders

I an running BO XI 3.0 (no fix packs) using TOMCAT web server.

When viewing the list of reports in a folder in InfoView and the CMC, the report titles do not wrap to the next line when they are wider than the column. And to make it worse I have great difficulty in grabbing the column divider to change the width. There seems to be a very small area on screen where the double headed cursor appears. Also it does not turn double headed if you approach from the right only if you approach from the left!

Is there any way to get the titles to wrap? Or to increase the "width" of the column dividers?
