time taken to convert pur req to pur order

Hi,

Is there any field where we can track time taken to convert purchase req to purchase order.

in EBAN you will get the all PR dates.

in table EKKO you will get all PO details

You can compare date of PR & POyou can get the time to convert the PR to PO. Or check it in MD04 or MD05. you will get it.

Goto Spro>Mat Mgt>Consumption based planning>maintain plant parameters>External Procurement - Here it has to be maintained for every plant.

It is the time taken to convert PR to PO and issuing it - and is one of the parameters in calculation of material avlblty date in terms of external procurement.

PR creation date can be fetched from table Eban and PO creatio date from EKKO but fr this u need to have PR nos and respective PO no.s . Data can be compared via excel file
