Gratuity Payment while Full and final settlement with exemption limit of rs.1000000

Dear gurus

Requiremnt : Employees resigned and if they worked in the company more than 5 years gratuity payable to them for the number of years they worked with maximum exemption limit is 1000000 rupees.

system going to be live by april 2019 , here some of the employees working from 20 years also we need to consider while doing the configaration.

Please advice exact configuration .

awaiting for expert advice to fulfil this requirement.

actuvally number of years also system should caluculate automatically and amount should generate .

HI,

For auto calculation of Gratuity years you need to configure the Termination work bench. you can refer previous threads for Termination work bench.

For infotype 15: Create a wage type using the standard wage type, maintain the wage type eligibility of RAPS.

Write a custom PCR insert in ZNAP (INAP) subschema after P0015 function.

Hi Krish,

You can write a PCR to calculate the Gratuity amount while doing the Full and final settlement. You can update the no of years of service in Infotype 15.

Further latest notification Gratuity amount exemption limit increase with effective from April-18, latest limit amount Rs 20,00,000/-.
