Displaying NWBC based FPM applications in Fiori launchpad

Hi Experts,

We have implemented the SAP EHSM module on Netweaver platform 7.5, we have configured the NWBC Home screen for displaying all the transactions and reports in Web GUI.All the Transactions and reports in this module are based on the front-end UI as FPM and Web Dynpro.

The below is the screenshot of NWBC user home screen, on left side role based various transactions links are appearing.

Now, being on NW 7.5 version, Fiori Launchpad is also available and have configured one tile for displaying one of the Transaction. In catalog for this TILE, URL based navigation option is used and have given the FPM application URL directly (taken through SE80).

ISSUE: when I click on TILE, it is opening the FPM application in browser where Address bar appears as shown below which is a normal behavior, however When I open the same FPM application through the NWBC home page left hand side Navigation frame, same application is opening like as shown below (New window as pop up and without address bar in browser).

Is there any settings to be done in TILE Configuration where I can display the FPM application in another window without displaying the address bar to the user.

masayuki.sekihara please suggest on this.

Regards,

Ram

Hi Ramgopal.

Don't get me wrong but FPM applications aren't NWBC based. They simply run in the NWBC/SAP Business Client. Or in the SAP Fiori launchpad. And with the Fiori launchpad connection within SAP Business Client (> 6.0) you can integrate the Fiori launchpad as start page. Benefit here: Dynpro transactions are rendered in SAP GUI for Windows (some controls behave different in Web GUI, e.g. ALV, export to excel, office integration...)

See the following blog, it describes the Integration of the SAP Fiori launchpad into Business Client:

Please have a look at the following documentation for displaying your content in the Fiori launchpad:
