Order Release Problem

Dear ,

At the time of FERT process order material avaibility check i got error

"021 No control data maintained for checking group 01 and checking rule Z2"

So how can i resolved the same.?

Dear Maulik,

Check in OPJJ and in OPJK.

First Availability check control should be created in OVZ2.

Then checking rule in OPJL.

For this checking group and checking rule combination scope of check must be configured in OPJJ.

OPJK is to control the production order creation with respect to material's availability.

It should be done for business function 1 - Check availability during order creation,

2 - Check availability during order release.

Dear All,

In my FERT material BOM one packing material consist wrong Availability check =01 in place of 02 in

MRP 3 screen.

All above things are OK.

Now problem is resolved.

Hi,

Pl check the following settings in ur availabilty check

1. OVZ2 - Check if ur checking group is maintained with out ticking no check.

2. Checking rule is defined.

3. OPJJ - Check whether checking group is assigned to the checking rule maintained.

3. OPJK - Check if this checking rule is assigned to ur plant and order type combination for business function 1 (Check availability during order creation )
