Question about the strategy plan in PM

hi,PM experts

i have a question about the stategy plan in PM?

i have ceated a strategy, the detail is:

pakage level

7 days 1

30 days 2

360 days 3

and i created a strategy plan use this strategy

call horizon is 90%

period: 2 year

when i use IP10 to run the plan

i got a list of calls

but i found a problem:

in level 1 the call date is 1 day before the schedule date

but in level 2 there is no lead-time between call date and schedule date,this means the call date

is same as the schedule date

in level 3, the problem is just as level 2.

My question is why the level 2 and 3 have no lead-time in the call date?
