tagging tax code

Dear Expert

Our client want minimum intervention of the user while creating po's so they want that system should automatically pick up tax code for material master po we can pick up from info record but for framework po in which we have service number , here we can't find the solution for tax code , so is there any way by which we can tag tax code with service number .
