How to find how many Workbooks are assigned to a role.

Can any one help me how to find the count of workbooks are assigned to a role.

Hello,

Murali AGR_HIER table it will give you what you want.

That table is the Structure Information for Menu, so you have to enter a menu role there.

In report field:

RRMX - For BW Workbooks

SAP_BW_QUERY - For BW queries

To count use se16, AGR_NAME: Menu Role, REPORT: RRMX, entries number will give you the result.
