Hi dears experts.
I commented quickly, We have integrated SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer + SAP Business One, using the Integration Framework.
We have renewed an SSL certificate required for communication between C4C-B1if.
I will point out asking for help, since after doing the whole process of certificate renewal. In the supervision of C4C messages this error appears:
there is no communication between the systems the outgoing messages show that error of the image, and the incoming messages do not take...
What tests should I perform and what help do you suggest to solve this problem? Since at the moment it prevents us from continuing with the negotiations within C4C.
Very grateful for your comments in advance,
Hi all,
this error was solved.
We realized that when making the request to request a signed certificate, we were excluding the Private Key from the .keystore file of the B1if. This led us to generate an erroneous certificate which we were also importing into the .keystore file.
The bad practice caused the entire SSL certificate generation process to be presenting the error.
The request generation process was carried out and the request and import of the signed certificate from scratch again.
Thank you.

Hi Prasanth,
Thanks for reply,
verify the path and when trying to access from the browser it presents the following error.
I have little experience with B1if, and apparently the error is inside B1if.
If you look at the SSL installed it is fine, because we access the URL well using port 443. (https).
What could I check specifically within the B1if?
Thanks for the help.
