sub-contracting

hello every body

I have one scenario in subcontracting process. scenario is like this i have three materials i.e one is finished, second one is semi-finished and third one raw material. So i want to create sub-contracting order for finished product and supply material raw material he has to manufacture first semi-finished and then finished.

Is there any chance to do this scenario
