Service Tax is not determind

Hello All,

We have a Service Tax condition type (JSER) For this access is sequence also created and maintain condition record.

Access Sequence is

1.Sales org./ TaxCl 1Customer / TaxCl.1Material

2.Sales org./ TaxCl 2Customer / TaxCl.2Material

Service tax is not determined in Sales Order.

When click on the Analysis For Tax Cl1 customer and Tax Cl1 Material and Tax Cl2 customer and Tax Cl2 Material both are showing YELLOW symbols.

Tested for both Access Sequence.

Please Help me
