Log Off issue in c4c

Hi Experts,

When the session log out happens due to user exceeding the time out parameter the re-logging of the user takes them to the home page and not to the page they were working before session was timed out.

Can this be achieved through any configuration settings.

As of my understanding this is systems standard behavior and this cannot be achieved by any configurations.

So this means after every log off the user has to start from home page and navigate to respective WoCs. I am looking for something that can make it more user friendly.

Please let me know if there is any other possibility.

You should be able to change the default landing WoC though and assign those configurations via business role or ui switches to make it dynamic.

Hello Deepika,

As stated by Prasanth, if you have logged-out of the system due to time-out session - there is no configuration by which you can navigate to earliar screen on loggin again.
