Hi Experts,
I have gone through SDN regarding the issue i am facing and found out the root cause.
there is an entry in swec for EINKBELEG in Quality. (this wasn 't the case in dev and test)
due to this, flow was triggered twice, one was incorrect, and the event got deactivated.
The entry has to be removed to fix the issue...
I dont know if someone has deleted it or not in Dev and Test environments
But the entry exists in quality and production.. as of now we are in quality.. and are held up becoz of this.
My question is how to delete the entry in quality ? has it to be removed directly or move a transport ? if so, can you tell me how to move a transport to delete the entry in Quality becoz the entry doesnt exist in Dev and Test..
Thanks in advance....
Regards,
PR.
Hi Pathanjali,
If the transport is successful and even the entry is not getting deleted, you need to do this manually. This is something BASIS admin issue.
Thanks,
Jyoti

Hi,
If you delete an entry in the quality, it will ask for a Transport Request. In QA & PRD, you are NOT given authorization to create Transport Request. So you have delete or Create or Modify in Dev at that time it will ask for a Transport Request. Then move that Transport Request to QA & PRD, so it will reflect the same as in Dev.

Hello,
Did the transport go through without any errors, ie did you check the log?
Did you try sending the transport to add, followed by the one to delete?
If that didn't work, did you try the one to just delete?
There's something seriously wrong if transports have no effect.

Hi Rick,
*First i created the entry(exactly the same one in Quality system) in Dev system and moved it to Quality.
the following is the log of that reqeust...*
Start import R3TRCDATSWECDCLUST ...

1 entry for SWECDOBJ merged (EINKBELEG 901); as part of view SWEVCDOBJ1
End of import R3TRCDATSWECDCLUST
E071-LOCKFLAGs 000002 - 000002 updated ('2', 1 entries).
EDQK901513 touched.
0 tables in P-buffer synchronized.
1 tables in R-buffer synchronized.

Summary:
1 COMML imported.
1 COMMT imported.
Totally 2 Objects imported.
Totally 1 tabentry imported.
22030 bytes modified in database.
*Next i deleted the entry in Dev System and moved the request to Quality.
the following is the log of that...
The log clearly says something has been deleted.. But the entry still exists in Quality ....*
Start import R3TRCDATSWECDCLUST ...
21234 21234
[dev trc ,00000] table logging switched off for all clients 37470 0.037470

Hello,
I don't know if it will have an effect in this case, but always worth trying SWU_OBUF.
If that doesn't work, can you see the table that's being changed (SWECDOBJ maybe) in the log?
If so, see how many entries it has and try to see which row is being deleted.
Are you sure the transport is going to the right client?

Hello,
You could try doing two transports: one to add it and then another to remove it.
