Can't login portal after restart the JAVA AS

My system is cluster portal system ,I have one CI and six DI . and using the webdispatcher for load balancing , but I found some problems, some DI in cluster will can't login when we restart one of the DI at run time system . the portal users can see login page ,then input the correct Id and correct Password and submit ,but they can't login the portal, ,just see the welcome page , and there is no error message response . if users try more times , they can find some time they can log in but some time they can't.

I think ,there are must be something worry when me restart one of the DI ,may be the session ? I am not very sure about it

another probelm ,Is there anyone can tell me the where can find the documents about the database structure about the SAP Netweaver & portal for JAVA enginner ?

who can tell me the fuction of the table "User_state" ,I found more and more data have been inserted into this table ,can me delete the data in this table ? or just a parameter in the server the data will be delete automaticily

    Hi my friend

It sounds like dispatcher is not responding sometimes.

    Here's my checklist:

    1. When you restart one of those DIs, pay attention to dispatcher log of CI, server node one as well.

    2. Check all logs of the problem one DI when you're having log on issue.

If it's possible, please provide your OS/DB and JVM info, along with those logs while reproducing the logon problem. Transaction logs locate in /usr/sap/SID/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/serverx/log/defaultrace.trc (most recent one), startup logs locate in /usr/sap/SID/JCxx/work, don't forget SCS as well.
