list of equipments without maintance plan

Hello!

How can I create a list of equipments which don't have a maintance plan already?

I found a way to write a query of eq with - but I need to know, which have none.

hello Katja,

the easiest solution is a query or quickview, with a join of EQUI and MPOS, linked with an outer join. With that, you can isolate all the equipments without a maintenance plan or maintenance item

Or you can build the equivalent in excel when downloading the output of transactions IE05 and IP18, and verifying this with a vlookup-function.

Hi Katja,

Logically Equipments are assigned at Maintenance Item level, not in Maintenance Plan.

In IP16 transaction, you can set the field "Equal to blank" to get the list of Maintenance Items without Equipment and through items you can identify the maintenance plan.

Table MPOS you can get the same result, you will get both Plan and Item, where the Equipment field is blank.
