QM check before creating Delivery

HI,

I require to have a check at the time of creation of delivery order, the quantity mentioned by the user for creating delivery are really available as unrestricted stock. if not, then the system should give an error mesage and won't allow to create the delivery.

This check is available at PGI level but can it be done while creating delivery?
