QM check before creating Delivery

HI,

I require to have a check at the time of creation of delivery order, the quantity mentioned by the user for creating delivery are really available as unrestricted stock. if not, then the system should give an error mesage and won't allow to create the delivery.

This check is available at PGI level but can it be done while creating delivery?

Hi,

maintain Quality Management tab in MM01 for that material and activate the fields like

Post to insp stock

documentation required

inspection interval

plant specific mat status

QM process active

QM control key

catelog profile

QM mat auth

inspection set up

but to do these settings u need lot of customization settings in IMG,

consult with QM consultatnt.

For your requirement , if you want to have a QM check at the time of delivery creation only then for that material , in MM02->quality mgmt tab-> you need to maintain and assign the quality check at delivery creation only .

This option will give me to create inspection lot w.r.to delivery . But my requirement is while creation of the delivery if the material lies in the quality stock after production is over then system should not allow me to create delivery for such material.
