HI

We have one requirement i.e regarding absences quotas if employees quota is 30 days for the year 2008 if he use 10 days of quota for that year and the rest 20 days are transferred to next year 2009 so

the quota for the year 2009 will become 50 days i.e 30(2009 Quota) + 20 (2008 Quota)

When the mgt is going to give the encashment for those days the quota days should show according

to the financial year i.e 2008 quota is 20 days and 2009 quota is 30 days so according to that

they will pay the encashment according to the basic salary of that financial years.

In the present case if salary have been increased in the mid of the year 2009 they are going to pay the

encashment 50 days according to the basic pay salary (increased salary) .

So if the division is maintained in the quotas then the amount is paid according to the salary of those financial years

Please help how to reach this scenario.
