Error when converting time stamp in date time time zone UTC in IC

Hi Experts,

We are using CRM interaction center. When agent creates a service request in interaction center and close the ticket. Later on same day, service requests created for a few specific categories are getting an error saying
"Item 10: Error when converting time stamp in date time time zone UTC".

But we did not find any problem. So please advice how to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Sai

Hello Sai,

1. Do you mean, the error doesn't appear when the service request is created originally? It only happens after some time in the same day when displaying the service request again?

2. The user who creates the service request, and the user who display the service request and has the error, are they the same user? Or, are they different users?

3. The user who creates the service request, does he has the problem also?

4. If they are two different users, are they in the same location? Can you provide screenshots for the 'Defaults' tab in SU3 for these two users?

Best Regards, Corrine

Hello Sai,

it's not clear for me the sentence "Later on same day, service requests created for a few specific categories are getting an error saying

Item 10: Error when converting time stamp in date time time zone UTC".

Is there any replication with these service request on which activity/event you notice the error ?

Does the error appears only in the Interaction environment or by using with the regular CRM Standard bussiness role like ITSERVICEPRO as well ?

Just for information the technical id of these error is "CRM_APPOINTMENT 010" and raised in include LCRM_ACTIVITY_FOREIGN_OWF06, functionmodul: CRM_APPOINTMENT_MERGE_OW or class CL_CRM_ISU_ORDER_CHANGE (Method SET_DATE & SET_DATE_WITH_TIME). Maybe you can set a breakpoint in these object and check the issue.

Best Regards
