Feasibility of Custumer Service - Notifications.

Hi Experts,

We have started implementing SAP in our organization for internal ERP System. Up till now, we were using our own ERP System for this purpose. We have some kind of requisitions in developed for e.g. Salary Advance Requisition.

When any employee in the organization wants the salary in advance he has to raise this requisition. Suppose he raises this requisition and put Rs.10000 as amount as salary advance, this request goes to the project manager for approval. He can change this amount to 8000 or he can keep the amount as it was and approve or reject the requisition. After approval the requisition goes to Payroll admin for approval and he also can change the amount filled in.

Shortly, there are requisitions having 1 / 2 / 3 level approval according to their type which can be edited at any level.

These requisitions will be available on portal for the employees.

We need reports of these requisitions also.

So can these requirements be achieved by using Notifications or Business Workflow Notifications of Customer Service Module?

If not, then is there any other option to achieve this functionality other than ZDEVELOPMENT which is going to be our last option?
