0FIGL_V40 reporting financials not switched on

Hi Gurus,

I have installed the cube 0figl_v40 virtual cube and when i am tring to load the data or generate a report ,i am facing a error saying reorting finacials not switched on.can someone provide me the necessary setting for this info provider and advantages or disadvantages using this cube.
