UWL substitute Rule creation in CE 7.1

Hi All

We are trying to create UWL substitute rule in CE 7.1 for GP tasks, but we are not able to create the rule. is any body did UWL susbstitute rule in CE 7.1??

Please let me know the possibility of creating UWL substitute rule in CE 7.1??
