bar code for foto uplode

HI to all sap gurus

this is venu madhav nallagundla

working as sap hr consultant

here i face the problem in foto uplode

plzz any one help me.give me proper guid for uplode foto process

and one more issu is

when i go to assign fisimillis the foto of employee the system ask the bar code.

wht is the BAR CODE in sap r/3 system.and where it is confugure in sap R/3

plz give me help

firstly check in..

Header structure per infotype what is the screen no for 0002..

then..

in Header Modifier for that screen number check the header modifier

go to Infotype header definition - here..

you can maintain like this..

eg:

04 3 75 0002 PERNR PIC
