A special scenario, help required on C4C WF process..

Hi Experts,

As a business process, if we have business requirement that when a particular users raise ticket frequently, it should be notified only one user from the service center, is it possible in Cloud for Customer (C4C) WF and Notifications configuration as a standard process?

No Current workflow doesn't support this Process in standard and you might want o create Customr Workflow rules using SDK.

Hi Padma,

you used the "SAP Cloud Platform Workflow" tag, which represents the respective product (see help page).

You probably reach the right experts when using the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer tag instead.
