Inventory Transfer From Block Stock

Hi ,

I have received some material from subcontractor . However during processing these material got rejected (due to inprocess ).Quality person rejects the material an puts it in blocked stock . Now i need to send the material to some other subonctractor who will salvage the same material . In order to send it to subcon i need to issue it directly from block stock to subcon however i am not able to do that. Currently we are transfering it to unresctriced stock and then issuing it to subcon. Is there any movement type werein i can directly issue from blocked stock.
