CAN WE GO FOR WINCLIENT WITH ISU AS BACK END

Hi All,

My Client is a ISU (Water&Electricty) company. Where they want ISU >Device mangement> Billing,> CS along with CRM as the front end. I am aware we can map the most of the features from R/, to Front End CRM (CIC-Winclient.) I dnt see any ISU profile in WINCLIENT.

Can we be able to call all the functions (like move in ,move out ,complaints ..) from ISU to fornt end CRM (IC WINCLIENT ).

You surely can use CRM winclient along with IS-U backend. You can call all the utilities related processes into winclient without any issues.

I hope you are using 5.0 or lower for CRM since 5.2 onwards winclient is not supported
