You can check

http://www.sap.com/benchmarks

for systems matching that SAPS number.

Usually you contact your hardware vendor, he will offer you an appropriate sized machine.

I thought to compare 2000SAPS to GFLOPS of home PC, because I want to install PI 7.1 demo to try it at home, so I want to be sure to have strong enough PC for this job.

(G)FLOPS is a number for floating point operations per seconds, SAPS is the "total view" - memory, CPU, throughput. On top, a SAP system does usually not do a lot floating point operations.

The two numbers are apples and pies - you can't compare them.
