HRA infotype issue

Hi Experts,

Iam facing an isssue while maintaining the 0581 infotype where in it is showing the error saying "No automatic updation of infotype 0008.Allowance grouping not found"

The same error am facing with the conveyance infotype also...I have maintained all these tables - T7INA1,T7INA3,T7INA5,T7INA9,T7INT7,T7INT9,T539A.T539J and also WT characteristics but am unable to find where i have gone wrong.

Please help in solving the issue.

Hi check the table once v_t7INR7, V_T7INR9,V_T7INT9 (in this table while configuring ur customer wage type HRA, Observe M230 standard wage type settings)

As Devi said i have done and it is working fine with conveyance but for HRA when i try to maintain the infotype it is not allowing me to save and hence giving the msg as "No automatic updation allowance grpng not found."

I have chkd the tables..But still unable to find the solution

No auotmatic updation means

Check whether u have included the HRA Wage type in 581 once

and also in the Allowance Grouping once in V_T7INA9...... try and let me know

if u maintain It0581 it shd come automatically in IT0008

I have maintained all the tables which i mentioned initially.But when i try to enter the rent amt in infotype 0581 and click on save button it is showing tht warning message..

As per jithu response when we save 0583 infotype 0008 shuld be triggered but for me it is not allowing me to save the 0583 infotype and the warning is shown.

How can i solve..

Sri vani,

For HRA Wage type

In Table v_T7INR7 observe the HRA Type 1 Tax code (SHRA) fields rent mandatory, FRV hidden, City category non mandatory for rented accommodation (TEXT) for own accommodation put hide for last three fields.

For Conveyance

In Table v_t7inc9 put allowance group, select CC0 TYPE 4,5,6 AND give ur wage type and start date and End date

AND Maintain v_t7int9 table with above wage types

Now u got an idea i think.

Hi,

May be, did you maintain the HRA, Conveyance wage types in 0008IT without maintain the 0581, 0583 IT, for that only it is throwing the error.

Remove the that two wage types in 0008IT, and again maintain the wage types thorugh Infotypes 0851,0583.

And check the payscale allowance groupings or correct or not for your payscale structure.

As you said i have maintained the HRA and CONV in infotype 0008 and trying to maintain 0581 and 0583 infotype. I have removed the wagetypes and now it is working fine. Thank you...But while saving it is saying that "Basic salary is not a part of pay components" (Error msg) I have maintained BASIC PAY in payscale grps and levels is tht the reason it is showing...
