Hi,
How to find the values for the service entry ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE <> for a specific Mobile device.
I have few questions regarding this:
1. The value for this can be for a device specific browsers?
2.. If yes, Is this value available in SAP?
3. If available how and where to check?
Your reply is highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello Balaji,
There are few examples of what the device include file should look like included in the ITSMOBILE01 service. The value in the SICF GUI Configuration can be a reference to any file available on your WEBAS in the service it is specified for, basically it is a file created by the customer dependent on the browser and device your users are using.

Hello Balaji,
Maybe I don't understand your question. But to get the file into the SAP WEB AS you just create a new file in the service you want it in while using transaction SE80.
As for the values and META names, you will need to consult the mobile device documentation or ask the mobile device manufacturer. SAP has provided some examples of popular mobile devices in the ITSMOBILE01 service, but there is no way we can provide samples for every device and browser available.
As for who to ask about the file...that would be the ITS administrator or service developer.

Hi Edgar,
I gone through the Services ITSMOBILE01 and ITSMOBILE00 and I create my own service. But the problem is when I am executing my transaction on the internet, the pushbutton, input fields are enlarged so that these not fitting on the mobile device MC9090-G.
And in the 'ITS for Mobile' documentation, I found that I need to maintain the META tags, HTML templates for the device specific. But How to find the device specific HTML template I could not understand.
My Mobile Device: MC9090-G
Thank you very much for helping me
Balaji
