sending file from Application server as an attachment

Hi All experts,

I am working on a scenarion where we get a file on application server.

client has requested to pick this file and send this file to some person on daily basis.

and the file name should be changing as per system date e.g (SAP_yyyy_dd_mm).

I tried to search programs but could not find any for sending file as an attachment.

please advice how this can be done.
