Hi,

I am loading the transactional data from CRM to the BI system.

I scheduled the infopackage in BI and saw that there was no job getting created on the source system.

on the BI side, in the monitor, the job is in yello status.

I tried both Full upload and Delta init, both of them have the same issues.

In rsa3 in the source system i was able to extract the data.

I was able to extract the master data texts from the same source system...so i guess the system settings must be ok..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks & Regds,

kams

You are abe to get the data for the texts thats correct .

It seems the mappings are correct .

I just need that you follow few steps to verify the connections .

A/ Just check the the RFC connections .

Go to the source system right click that and check the connections .

If its ok i mean the RFC connections are fine .

B/ I mean you are able to see the data in RSA3 transaction .

Check the idocs with the help of basis team or if some ABAP team are around or check through

transaction TRFC .

If some changes are there by some developments move then check IDOCS are not pending .

It seems if the IDOCS are pending the R3 side thats the only reason why reqeust is in yellow status .

Assign marks is the best way to apprecaite help

Hi,

In Source system check in SM58 tcode is there any LUWs are struck?. if you find any tehn execute manually. Else check in BD87 any IDocs are there?. If you find any then execute manually. Check teh connections and setting in WE20.

Thanks
