Service order problem

Dear sir,

When I do Service sales order I am getting this error..

No entry for plant BP01, service object 01 000000000029000015 in table T399A

Please rectify.

Hi Priya,

Pls check that whether your plant exist in your enterprise structure or not.

Again check whether it is assigned to your company code or not.

Go to SM30 transaction enter your table name T399A,Then maintain an entry for BP01.

In SM30 also I checked there they maintained BP01 Plant, Then where I missed the configuration?

Please also check for below combination in SM30

Plant BP01, service objectID 01 material 000000000029000015 in table T399A

any entries Main work center,Business area & group maintained.If not maintain.

Hi,

If plant BP01 maintained .

Please check Following:

1.Did maintain a service material under BP01 plant

2.Did maintain assignment in OKB9 for G/L account to Cost Object(sales order) for your company code.

3.Did maintain pricing conditions for the service material
