Material Replication not happening

Hi Experts

I am replicating the materilas in SRM 5.0 from R/3.

1. I have maintained alll the entries in R3AC1. set the filters every thing. filters succesfully synchronize.

2. i started initial load throgh R3AS

3. I ran monitor object through R3AM1... Here if i see the status still its showing Running only even after one hour

4. i checked in COMMPR01 - thn i came to know that material is not replicated.

there are no log in SMQ1. but there are many logs running in SMQ2.

what i need to do .. plz help me
