Purchase Req template or using contract in the purchase req?

I don't suppose anyone knows of any way to create purchase req templates from a contract? I know it can be done in SRM but can it be don in R3

We have multi line contracts and ideally would like to be able to pull the contract into the purchase req and modify quantities in the req based on the line items in the contract or create a purchase req template with those contract items in it. Rather than typing the contract in the agreement field and the line item .....

Any thoughts on how best to do this?

Case1:when ever creatiing PR for " n " number of items for those supose we have contract agreements with vendors we can automatically assign source of supply as contract agreemnet,any way we have to enter requested qty manually as per user requirement only,

Case2:If i am creating PR for "n" number of items we have another option to enter a cotract item number manually only when you know that , unless we have to follow as above process case1
