Karthik,

Locking: Basically this would be done, when you want to temporarily close the Order for further transactions. - Status can be revoked.

TECO: Used to set TECO status to the order to say that all logistic activities like Confirmation and Goods Movements against the order is completed. System sets Deletion for open Material / Capacity Reservations, Period end activities run by CO team would reverse the WIP entry in FI an d the costs of the order are settled and the order balance cost is made Zero. Status can be revoked.

CLSD: You can set closed status to order, if your order costs are made Zero and there are no change processing records from Goods movement/Confirmations, further logistic activities are not allowed. No FICO activity is also possible against this order. You are only allowed to set deletion flag to the order. Status can be revoked.

DLFL: Deleftion Flag is set to order, to enable subsequent archiving and deletion of order from database. Status can be revoked. Next step is to set deletion Indicator,,, this status cannot be revoked...
